About Me

Hi, I’m Vicky! A carbon removal and sustainability analyst with a background in environmental engineering, lifecycle assessment, and climate focused systems research. My work sits at the intersection of carbon removal, sustainability strategy, and data driven decision-making, with a particular interest in translating complex environmental systems into practical and actionable insights.
Over the past several years, I have worked across biochar, BECCS, MRV methodologies, carbon accounting, and circular resource systems through both academic and industry aligned projects. My experience combines technical research, systems modelling, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability analysis, with a strong focus on real world impact and scalable climate solutions.
Alongside carbon removal and sustainability work, I am also interested in how data, communication, and interdisciplinary thinking can help bridge the gap between science, policy, and industry. I enjoy building projects that make complex sustainability topics more accessible, strategic, and commercially relevant.
Outside of work, I love outdoor hiking and spending time in nature, which continues to inspire my interest in environmental resilience and sustainable land use systems.
I am always happy to connect with people working across sustainability, climate tech, carbon removal, or interdisciplinary research. I am currently based in Edinburgh and always open to a coffee chat, collaboration, or exchanging ideas.
